Before your pet’s visit, please let me know:

• Any special needs, medications, or behavior issues

• Their vet’s contact info (just in case)

• Favorite toys, routines, or comfort items

• If they are crate-trained or prefer free roam

• If they experience separation anxiety

I welcome all personalities—just give me a heads-up so I can care for them the way they need.

Requirements

(For boarding and daycare)

Pa residents

Due to being a licensed in home kennel, I will need an up to date physical or digital copy of their rabies vaccination and PA dog license at drop off. It has to be a copy of the actual certificates, not tags. Ill also need your first and last name and address to go into my records

Out of state

Pennsylvania has instituted the need for a CVI for out of state pets that come into Pennsylvania for 30 or more days. Out of state pets for less than 30 days are EXEMPT, however I do still need a rabies certificate. The CVI, or Certified Veterinary Inspection, must have a registration or ID number per the State of Pennsylvania. You can get a CVI from your regular vet, or a local vet.
